Digital Reservoir Design
- Gel Spacer (Offset): We apply a uniform digital offset (typically 0.5mm – 1.0mm) exclusively on the facial surfaces of the teeth to create a perfect pocket for the whitening gel.
- Gingival Margin Seal: Crucially, the reservoir is designed to stop exactly 1.0mm short of the gingival margin. This creates a tight thermoformed seal, preventing the gel from leaking onto the gums and causing irritation.
Printable Model Optimization
- Undercut Block-out: We automatically fill severe interproximal undercuts so the thermoformed EVA tray can be removed easily without locking onto the printed model.
- Base Design: Models are designed with a flat, solid base optimized for vacuum or pressure thermoforming machines (like Biostar or MiniSTAR).
