- Export the case manually as a “.dxd” file directly from your CEREC acquisition unit.

Absolutely. We hold valid, paid enterprise software licenses that legally allow us to act as a partner lab to receive, process, and export Sirona cases. You are simply outsourcing the digital model generation step to our facility. - Why do I need PLY instead of just STL?
If your in-house technicians are digitally ditching dies or drawing margin lines, the high-definition color texture embedded in PLY files helps them distinguish the prep finish line from the bleeding gingiva significantly better than a flat, monochrome STL file.
