We digitally tailor the arch design based entirely on your in-house material choice (Zirconia, Titanium, or Trinia/PEEK) and the doctor’s clinical requirements:
Advanced Bar Architecture
- Thimble Bar (Split Design): We engineer a primary substructure (Titanium/PEEK) with individual “thimbles,” capped by a superstructure of individual single crowns. This prevents full-arch stress fractures and allows for easy single-crown replacement in the future.
- Monolithic Zirconia: Full contour digital design with strategic “cut-back” exclusively in the gingival areas for your ceramists to apply pink porcelain.
- Wrap-Around / Hybrid: Classic titanium bar design engineered for optimal acrylic processing or composite layering.
Hygienic & Esthetic Profile
- Convex Intaglio: We digitally sculpt the tissue-facing side to be perfectly convex (boat-bottom shape), ensuring the patient can clean underneath easily with Superfloss to prevent peri-implantitis.
- Angulated Screw Channels (ASC): We utilize Exocad/3Shape ASC modules to redirect screw access holes up to 25 degrees toward the lingual, completely avoiding facial esthetic compromises.
The Double-Digital Workflow: Verification is Key
For large All-on-X CAD Design cases, we highly recommend a 2-step verification workflow to ensure zero clinical errors:
- PMMA Prototype: Send us the initial scans. We design a monolithic PMMA prototype first and send you the STL.
- Clinical Try-in: You print/mill the PMMA temp. The doctor tries it in to verify the VDO, midline, occlusion, and passive fit (Sheffield Test).
- Wash Scan / Biocopy: If adjustments are made clinically, upload the new scan of the adjusted PMMA.
- Final Mill-Ready Design: We perfectly copy the verified prototype and deliver the final STL for your Zirconia milling.
