Extensive Warranty Coverage Periods
Operating from our high-tech facility in China, we offer industry-leading warranty terms based on the specific material and type of clinical restoration. The official warranty period automatically begins from the date the finished case is delivered to your US clinic or laboratory.
Fixed Restorations (Crown & Bridge)
- Full Monolithic Zirconia: 5 Years (Guaranteed against structural fracture).
- Custom Implant Abutments: 5 Years (Titanium or Zirconia Hybrid).
- PFM (Porcelain Fused to Metal): 3 Years.
- IPS e.max® Press / CAD: 2 Years.
- Veneers & Inlays/Onlays: 1 Year.
Removables & Orthodontics
- Cast Metal Frameworks (RPD): 3 Years.
- Flexible Partials / Valplast: 1 Year.

Our No-Hassle Remake Policy
While our CAD designers and CAM engineers strive for absolute perfection, we understand that unpredictable clinical variables exist. Under our Dental Lab Warranty Policy, we will repair or remake any restoration completely free of charge under the following conditions:
- Clinical Fit Issues: The restoration does not seat properly on the provided digital die or master model.
- Material Failure: Spontaneous fracture, cracking, or severe chipping of the ceramic/zirconia during normal masticatory use within the active warranty period.
- Laboratory Design Error: The finished product clearly does not match the original digital prescription instructions (e.g., incorrect shade applied, wrong material milled, or incorrect pontic design).
*Clinical Note: For remake claims strictly related to internal fit or marginal discrepancies, we may request a new digital intraoral scan (STL) to ensure the remake fits perfectly.
Policy Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
To maintain our highly competitive B2B pricing structure, the following clinical scenarios are not covered by the standard warranty and will incur standard manufacturing charges:
- Change of Original Prescription: If you request a remake featuring a different shade, different material, or a completely different preparation design than what was stated on the original order.
- Insufficient Preparation Warnings: If our CAD team officially notified you of “insufficient occlusal reduction” or “undercuts,” but we were instructed by your doctor to “proceed as is,” the resulting thin restoration is strictly not warrantied against fracture.
- Patient Negligence: Lost dental appliances, damage caused by clinical accidents (e.g., dropping the denture on the floor), or failure due to severe untreated bruxism without a protective nightguard.
- Tissue Healing (Relines): Immediate dentures requiring refits or relines due to natural post-extraction tissue shrinkage are considered standard billable clinical services.
The Streamlined B2B Claim Process
We know that international shipping for broken physical scraps is slow and expensive. To process claims rapidly for our US clients, we have fully digitized the remake workflow:
- Notify Our Team: Email direct@chinadentaldesign.net with the Patient Name, Case ID, and a clear description of the clinical issue.
- Provide Photo Evidence: Simply attach high-resolution intraoral photos of the fractured restoration, or a photo showing the seating issue on the model. No need to ship physical broken parts back to China.
- Upload New Data (If Applicable): Send a new digital scan (STL) via our secure portal if the original impression was clinically distorted.
- Priority Resolution: We will immediately expedite the remake case in our digital workflow and ship it back to your clinic as a priority order.
B2B Credit & Refund Policy
Because dental restorations are highly customized, patient-specific medical devices, we do not offer cash refunds. However, our commitment to fairness is absolute. If a specific case simply cannot be resolved to the clinician’s satisfaction after a remake attempt, we will instantly issue a full Store Credit to your B2B account, which will be automatically applied to your future CAD design or manufacturing invoices.
